Job Summary

Post is located at RHQ Warrington Cheshire

RSD upto 180days via both remote working and In-Office.

Post responsibilities to include but not limited to:

Deputise for the Commanding Officer when required and direct Unit staff effort
As senior ARes SP advise CoC on ARes Policy and wider ARes considerations
Support equipment care
Support career management
Support Unit fund management
Support Unit scheduling and allocation of resources
Coordinate the management of Risk & Safety within the Unit
Support Officer development
Oversee training requirement of Unit
Support Higher Fmns as SO2 Engineer
Attend UH&WC meetings
