Project Support Consultant French Speaker

Position Description:

Role Summary:
The Project Support Consultant provides structured reporting administrative and operational support to projects in CGI. The role ensures accurate timely service delivery in alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and partners with onshore and offshore teams to uphold quality standards and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide timely accurate support to Project Managers in accordance with SLAs.
Prepare financial and administrative reports (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly).
Execute data extraction report validation and process automation activities.
Process access requests; maintain templates trackers and documentation.
Utilize enterprise tools (e.g. Remedy My Workspace RM PSA Finance SharePoint JIRA Quality Center DSWeb Intellx).
Participate in client calls in English and French as required
Identify and recommend process improvements and share best practices.
Provide ad hoc FR-EN/EN-FR translations as required
Qualifications:
BA or BS degree in the fields of Business or European languages
Proven proficiency in French (spoken and written).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong command of Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication skills; strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
Demonstrated accountability organization and problemsolving capability.
Adaptability to shifting priorities and effectiveness in multicultural
Willing to work on mid shift.
