Inviting applications for the role of Consultant Change Management Associate!
In this role you will support strategic HR transformation initiatives and work closely with Change Leads to ensure that organizational changes are smoothly implemented and adopted. You will assist in planning and executing change management activities from impact analyses to stakeholder communications all while applying the Prosci ADKAR model (Awareness Desire Knowledge Ability Reinforcement) to address the human side of change.
This position requires years of relevant experience and strong soft skills in communication collaboration and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Governance and Committee Support
Coordinate the scheduling agenda setting and minute-taking for governance committees and steering committees related to HCM and Gen AI programs
Maintain action logs decision registers and follow-up mechanisms for committee deliverables
Ensure timely circulation of meeting materials decks and key reports to senior stakeholders
Create Change Deliverables
Develop and maintain change management deliverables (e.g. impact assessment reports stakeholder matrices presentations training materials and status updates) that support HR project objectives.
Distill complex information into clear digestible content for various audiences such as executive talking points and slide decks.
Conduct Impact Analysis
Perform comprehensive change impact analyses and stakeholder mapping.
Identify who is affected by HR process or system changes and how to inform targeted change strategies.
Use these analyses to make recommendations on engagement activities communications training needs and support required for successful adoption.
Coordinate Stakeholder Engagement
Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings workshops and forums to build awareness and buy-in for the change.
Work closely with Change Leads to schedule meetings prepare agendas and ensure the right participants are involved.
Provide administrative support for change-related forums including logistics and follow-ups.
Help foster stakeholder desire to support and participate in the change (the D in ADKAR).
Draft & Manage Communications
Write and coordinate the review/approval of change communications such as announcement emails intranet posts FAQs and briefing documents.
Ensure messaging is clear concise and tailored to the audience.
Deliver timely and transparent information.
Build stakeholder awareness of the need for change and reinforce key messages throughout the project.
Support Change Lead & Project Team
Assist Change Leads in tracking change management activities and metrics.
Monitor the progress of communication plans training delivery and adoption metrics helping to identify any resistance or gaps.
Proactively flag issues and contribute to plans for reinforcement (the R in ADKAR) to sustain the change after implementation.
Collaborate with project managers HR business partners and other team members to integrate change management with overall project plans.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Experience: Relevant years of experience in change management project management HR or a related discipline preferably in a large or global organization. Familiarity with change management frameworks (such as Prosci ADKAR) and their practical application is expected.
Change Management Knowledge: Solid understanding of how people experience change and why they may resist it. Hands-on experience with change management practices for example conducting impact analyses supporting communications or coordinating training is required. Prosci or similar change management certification is a plus (demonstrating knowledge of industry-standard methodologies).
Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to craft clear compelling messages and adapt style to different audiences (from front-line employees to senior leadership). Active listening skills and an openness to feedback are essential for understanding stakeholder concerns. Strong business writing skills (for emails presentations documentation) are required.
Interpersonal & Collaboration Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships across all levels and regions. A team player who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence others without formal authority. High emotional intelligence and empathy will help in addressing stakeholder needs and building trust during change.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities: Sharp analytical thinking to interpret impact data and project information. Able to identify root causes of resistance or adoption issues and contribute to solutions. Comfortable with data (e.g. survey results readiness assessments) to measure change readiness and success metrics. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deliverables simultaneously without dropping details.

Bachelors degree in business administration Human Resources Finance Industrial Engineering or related field
HR Domain Knowledge: Experience working on HR process or system implementations (such as HRIS rollouts policy changes talent program launches) in a large firm. Understanding of HR functional areas and how changes impact employees (e.g. in Recruiting Benefits or Talent Management) Adaptability & Initiative: Flexible and adaptable in the face of changing priorities or project scope. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced evolving environment with minimal direction. Resilient and tenacious when encountering obstacles with a proactive approach to taking on new tasks or solving problems.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills. Capable of managing multiple deadlines and work streams while maintaining high quality. Experience using project tracking tools or matrices to keep change tasks on schedule is advantageous.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint Word Excel) and collaboration tools (e.g. Teams SharePoint). Strong PowerPoint skills are important for creating executive-ready presentations and visual cowill help contextualize change initiatives.
Financial Services Experience: Previous work experience in a financial services firm or similarly regulated matrixed environment.
Project Management Skills: Exposure to project management practices or tools (like project planning Agile/Scrum basics JIRA etc.). This role interfaces with project teams so the ability to speak the language of timelines milestones and dependencies is beneficial.
Additional Soft Skills: Influencing and negotiation skills to facilitate buy-in from resistant stakeholders. Empathy and cultural awareness to tailor change approaches in a diverse workforce. A continuous improvement mindset always looking for ways to refine communications or engagement tactics for better results.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Change Management Certification: Completion of formal change management training or certification (e.g. Prosci Certified Change Practitioner) is highly desirable as it indicates a solid grasp of structured methodologies and the ADKAR model.
Familiarity with GenAI applications in HR or workforce intelligence tools
