Care Services Manager Domiciliary Care 30000 Paid on call and bonus scheme

This domiciliary care branch supports people to remain independent in their own homes with care built around clear planning and consistent standards. The Care Services Manager works closely with the Care Manager taking responsibility for new client consultations care planning and service development. The role offers stable hours paid on-call and a structured management remit within an established service.

What Youll Need

  • Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in domiciliary care management or deputy management
  • Strong care planning and assessment writing skills
  • Confidence balancing quality care with service growth and enquiries

Desirable

  • Experience supporting business development or occupancy growth
  • Familiarity with CQC inspection processes

  • Deputise for the Care Manager and support day-to-day branch operations
  • Complete new client consultations and care assessments
  • Write review and update detailed person-centred care plans
  • Ensure care delivery meets regulatory and quality standards
  • Liaise with clients families and professionals to support continuity of care
  • Contribute to service development occupancy and retention
