Were looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join a leading automotive group with an excellent reputation for quality customer care and career development. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking a long-term role within a well-established dealer network offering genuine progression and full manufacturer training.
Youll act as the key link between customers and the workshop ensuring every client receives exceptional service from start to finish. The role offers a guaranteed first-year earning of 30000 with an OTE of 35000 alongside excellent benefits and structured support.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless aftersales experience.
Build rapport to understand customer service and repair needs.
Provide accurate estimates and timeframes setting clear expectations.
Liaise effectively with technicians and customers throughout the process.
Schedule workshop bookings to maximise productivity and customer satisfaction.
Promote genuine parts accessories and additional services where appropriate.
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure efficient operations.
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Highly organised proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with strong attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and stay up to date with product and technical information.
Desirable:
Experience with leading automotive brands.
Knowledge of upselling service plans or accessories.
Full UK driving licence.
