This is a full-time fixed term position located in the Mulgrave office.
About you
In this phonebased personcentred role you will work directly with carers to assess needs set goals provide information and coordinate shortterm yet impactful supports. You will help carers feel heard informed and empowered to navigate their caring responsibilities while maintaining their own wellbeing.
Your strong communication skills and ability to build rapport will ensure carers receive the right support at the right time.
