Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with previous customers
- Monitor and engage with potential leads
- Master and adhere to call and email scripts
- Schedule confirm and follow through on appointments
- Conduct surveys with customers
- Be prepared to address any customer inquiries
- Utilize CRM software to document all interactions with customers
- Collaborate effectively with management and the service team
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Adhere to the companys dress code policy
- While a Business Development Center background is not required it is preferred
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
- Showcase strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Possess basic computer proficiency and phone skills
- Collaborate effectively with team members
- Be open to flexibility with schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
