Power & Energy delivers innovative products solutions and services that are sold to a diverse set of industries. Power & Energy has a broad portfolio of products and services - which include engines generator sets industrial gas turbines and locomotives along with other related equipment depending on the industry and application. We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to be located in India Aurangabad. This role provides expertise and leads in the entire hiring cycle including recruiting interviewing reference checking making offers. What You Will Do:

  • Counselling hiring managers regarding recruiting strategies and practices that support the goals and direction of the organization; leveraging data to drive decision-making.

  • Recruiting interviewing checking references making offers and communicating orientation and start date plans for new employees.

  • Utilizing the applicant tracking system (ATS) Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools and industry leading sourcing technologies to deliver the most qualified candidates for current roles and building strong candidate pipelines for future roles.

  • Developing plans for sourcing appropriate and diverse candidates conducting the interview process and extending offers to selected candidates while maintaining a low cost per hire.

What Skills You Will Have:

  • Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients vendors and peers.

  • Customer/Market Focus: Understanding of the importance of remaining aware of shifting market priorities and ability to respond to internal and external customer needs in a manner that consistently adds value.

  • Recruitment Channel Management: Knowledge of the benefit selection implementation and operation of various recruitment channels (e.g. computer databases Internet recruiting resources cold calls media recruiting firms and employee referrals); ability to use appropriate channels to achieve objectives of organizational talent strategy.

  • Candidate Screening: Knowledge of techniques methods and processes of candidate screening; ability to preselect suitable candidates for first and further interviews within the organization.

  • Candidate Sourcing: Knowledge of techniques methods and channels of candidate sourcing; ability to attract and qualify candidates for immediate job vacancies or as potential long-term job candidates.

  • Staffing and Recruiting: Knowledge of standards processes techniques and methods used in staffing and recruiting; ability to identify select retain and relocate qualified personnel both internally and externally for a wide range of positions.

  • Workforce Analytics: Knowledge of human resources (HR) and workforce issues and trends; ability to analyse workforce data information and metrics and apply the results to support business decisions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experiences

  • 6 years of progressively responsible talent acquisition experience

  • Experience in implementing and executing sourcing strategies; and creating talent pipelines focused on Engineering talents

  • Strong learning ability

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization

  • Capability to manage multiple internal customers with ease

  • Familiar with Workday
