MHM Services of California a Centurion company is proud to be the provider of healthcare staffing to the California Department of State Hospitals.

We are currently seeking a Full time or Part timePhysical Therapy Assistant to join team at Patton State Hospital located in San Bernardino California.

Must have California Physical Therapist Assistant license.

We cannot accept Physical Therapy Aide certification.

Monday through Friday Day shift - $24.50 Medical dental and vision

The Physical Therapist Assistant works under the direction of the Physical Therapist to promote and maintain health by providing physical therapy services to incarcerated patients. Using a team approach this professional provides quality care in a secure setting; with supervision this professional implements the patients care plans for rehabilitation and helps mentally and/or physically impaired inmates to participate in tasks to restore reinforce and enhance their performance



Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program required
Current Physical Therapy Assistant license in California state
Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Corrections experience preferred
Ability to obtain a security clearance to include drug screen and criminal background check
