Job Title: Quality Control Technician
Location: Madera CA
Pay Rate: $18$20/hour
Shifts: 1st & 2nd Shift Available

Job Summary
We are seeking detail-oriented Quality Control Technicians to join a manufacturing team in Madera CA. In this role you will inspect and test raw materials in-process products and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards. The ideal candidate has strong computer skills experience in a manufacturing environment and a solid understanding of quality control processes and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Testing & Inspection
- Perform incoming in-process and final product inspections per SOPs and PQCTs
- Use measurement and testing equipment including CMMs
Equipment & Calibration
- Calibrate maintain and verify lab instruments and test equipment
- Support equipment calibration programs and ISO compliance
Documentation & Reporting
- Create Certificates of Analysis (COAs)
- Accurately document inspection results and generate quality reports
Production Support
- Partner with production teams to troubleshoot quality issues
- Verify correct materials are used in production
- Manage non-conforming products (holds rejects investigations)
Quality Improvement
- Assist with customer complaint investigations
- Participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong computer skills (required)
- Experience in Quality Control within a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read blueprints and perform basic math and statistical analysis
- Familiarity with CMMs GAGE R&R and quality tools (Six Sigma/Lean a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
