Job Summary

Were looking for a Civil CAD Technician to support survey and site development projects through accurate drafting and strong attention to detail. This role works closely with engineers and survey teams to turn field data into clean build-ready CAD deliverables. Key Responsibilities

Prepare civil CAD drawings to support survey and site development projects from initial layouts through final deliverables.
Draft and revise boundary topographic and ALTA survey mapping using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
Assist with site development plan production ensuring drawing sets remain organized and updated.
Coordinate with project teams to incorporate field data redlines and design markups into CAD files.
Maintain CAD standards layer control and file management to support consistent documentation.

Qualifications

Proficiency with AutoCAD is required.
Working knowledge of Civil 3D for civil drafting and survey-related production.
Experience with ALTA survey drafting and boundary/topographic mapping.
Familiarity with site development drawings and civil documentation workflows.
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clean accurate CAD deliverables.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineers and survey staff.
Associate degree or related technical training preferred.
