Main purpose
MML seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Human Resources Manager who will render an exceptional and professional HR service to the business and support the achievement of the overall business strategy. The successful incumbent must have a track record of excellence that is built on a strong foundation of values in a performance driven culture. This includes focusing on the critical pillars of the HR function - including talent management employee relations performance management people cost management organisational culture and compliancewhile partnering with management to foster a high-performing and engaged workforce.
