What you will do
The Biopharmaceutical Specialist Hematology is a pivotal role responsible for driving brand strategies across the hematology portfolio supporting the delivery of impactful medical and commercial solutions for patients with hematologic diseases. Ensuring we make a significant impact on the market and generate value for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients in the OHBU. As a Biopharmaceutical Specialist you will report to the District Sales Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate opportunities and develop plans that optimize market impact.
Main Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets in assigned hematology accounts including key medical centers and specialty hospitals. Efficiently targeting accounts from market intelligence strategically and managing time effectively.
Establish and maintain high-quality customer relationships and engaging customers in a way that demonstrates an understanding of their environment and provides relevant market and practice insights.
Coordinate and implement scientific events aligned with marketing strategy to effectively deliver product information and valued messages.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of hematologic diseases products market stakeholders and competitors. Providing market intelligence and insights to the Marketing team by collaborating with the District Sales Manager.
Attend required training sessions obtaining necessary certifications and participating in conventions and symposia as needed.
Collaborate with others to enhance coordination in promotional efforts and fostering internal collaboration. Communicating respectfully and inclusively with internal and external customers partners and colleagues.
Complete call reporting updating territory report and expense reports while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience preferably in Hematology or specialty care.
Bachelors degree in science or medical-related field preferably with higher qualifications in pharmacy science.
Demonstrated growth mindset strategic thinking and results orientation.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
Proactive enthusiastic and creative approach with a strong ability to take initiative.
Fluency in English for both oral and written communication
Proficient in computer skills including MS Office programs.
