Home Health Aide (HHA) Village Caregiving
Position Overview:
Village Caregiving is seeking caring and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to deliver compassionate personalized in-home care to clients in the Napoleon area. Youll help individuals maintain comfort dignity and independence while supporting their daily needs.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing grooming and mobility support.
Provide friendly companionship and emotional support.
Follow individualized care plans designed for each client.
Help with light housekeeping duties and assist with meal preparation.
Promote and maintain a safe clean and supportive home environment.
Qualifications
Current Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in the state of Ohio.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient compassionate and empathetic attitude.
Ability to work independently and responsibly in clients homes.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive hourly pay: $15.00 $18.00 per hour.
Daily Pay: Option to receive pay daily for hours worked.
