Key Objectives
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives.
- Manage calendars meetings and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Serve as a liaison between leadership staff and external partners.
- Ensure timely preparation and distribution of reports presentations and correspondence.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage executive calendars including scheduling meetings appointments and events.
- Prepare edit and proofread documents presentations and reports with attention to detail.
- Organize travel arrangements itineraries and expense reports.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Facilitate communication between executives staff students and external stakeholders.
- Assist in planning and executing special projects and events as needed.
- Maintain and update filing systems databases and contact lists.
- Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience supporting senior executives preferably within the education or nonprofit sector.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and familiarity with calendar management tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and with integrity.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
