Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management:
    • Oversee financial planning budgeting and analysis to ensure the financial health of the company.
    • Manage financial reporting ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
    • Lead initiatives in cost reduction and revenue growth strategies.
  • Operational Leadership:
    • Manage day-to-day operations ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all functions.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the brands growth objectives.
    • Oversee supply chain management and logistics to optimize product delivery.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
    • Collaborate with executive leadership to set and achieve organizational goals.
    • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational improvements.
    • Analyze market trends and financial data to provide actionable insights.
  • Team Development and Management:
    • Lead and mentor a team fostering a culture of performance and development.
    • Work alongside sales marketing and product development to enhance operational processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Innovation and Improvement:
    • Identify and implement best practices for financial and operational efficiency.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments to support growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in financial management and operational leadership.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
  • A passion for sports and an understanding of the sportswear market.
  • Excellent communication and team management abilities.
