Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management:
- Oversee financial planning budgeting and analysis to ensure the financial health of the company.
- Manage financial reporting ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Lead initiatives in cost reduction and revenue growth strategies.
- Operational Leadership:
- Manage day-to-day operations ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all functions.
- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the brands growth objectives.
- Oversee supply chain management and logistics to optimize product delivery.
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with executive leadership to set and achieve organizational goals.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational improvements.
- Analyze market trends and financial data to provide actionable insights.
- Team Development and Management:
- Lead and mentor a team fostering a culture of performance and development.
- Work alongside sales marketing and product development to enhance operational processes and customer satisfaction.
- Innovation and Improvement:
- Identify and implement best practices for financial and operational efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments to support growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in financial management and operational leadership.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
- A passion for sports and an understanding of the sportswear market.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
