Job Summary

Job Title: Logistics Executive

We are looking for a Logistics Sea Freight Executive manages end-to-end ocean freight operations handling bookings documentation (like Bills of Lading) carrier coordination customs compliance and client communication to ensure smooth cost-effective import/export movements focusing on efficiency timely delivery and problem-solving for global shipments. Key duties involve quotation tracking troubleshooting delays negotiating rates and maintaining accurate shipment records requiring strong coordination and knowledge of international trade terms (Incoterms).

Requirements

1. 24 years of experience in logistics supply chain or transportation
2. Proven experience in freight forwarding or logistics with a focus on sea freight.
3. Strong knowledge of Incoterms international shipping procedures and customs regulations.
4. Excellent communication negotiation and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.
6. Ability to manage multiple shipments and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
Chennai-based candidates preferred
