We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to work across Retail and Corporate Banking domains translating complex business requirements into clear and deliverable technical solutions.
The role involves managing product backlogs shaping roadmaps writing user stories with testable acceptance criteria facilitating agile ceremonies supporting UAT and defect triage and driving continuous improvements across processes and platforms in collaboration with business stakeholders and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities Requirements & Backlog Management-
Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Translate business needs into clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.

Ensure backlog health through refinement and prioritization activities.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including:

Sprint Planning
-
Backlog Refinement
-
Sprint Reviews
-

Work closely with development and testing teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
-
Lead technical discussions to clarify requirements and solution approaches.

Provide regular updates and ensure alignment on delivery timelines.
-
Support UAT coordination and defect triage.
-
Ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations and acceptance criteria.
-
Identify project risks and issues early and work with teams to resolve them.
-
Drive process and platform improvements through data-driven insights.
