Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify B2B leads via calls emails and LinkedIn
Conduct outbound cold calling and email campaigns
Schedule demos/discovery calls for the sales team
Maintain and update leads in CRM
Meet daily activity and monthly lead targets
Requirements

23 years of Inside Sales / Lead Generation experience
B2B SaaS or IT services sales exposure preferred
Strong communication and objection-handling skills
Comfortable with targets and high-volume outreach
Required Skills:
Strong sales leadership team coaching and performance management skills Excellent customer relationship management and complaint resolution abilities Expertise in sales planning target achievement and key account handling Knowledge of inventory management budgeting and cost control Proficiency in CRM systems sales processes (Cummins Sales Process preferred) and MIS reporting Good understanding of compliance safety standards and dealership operations Strong communication negotiation and decision-making skills

Any Graduate with good communication skills
