Job Title: Assistant Marketing Manager
Location: Pan India (Extensive Travel Required)
Job Summary
We are looking for a young dynamic aggressive and optimistic marketing professional with 23 years of relevant experience to support and strengthen our companys marketing operations. The role involves close coordination with internal teams field staff and external partners to drive brand building product promotion and digital presence across India.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi be willing to travel extensively and demonstrate strong creativity combined with execution capability.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & Strategy
Support end-to-end marketing operations across products and regions.
Work closely with the sales team in the field to identify new market opportunities customer needs and competitor strategies.
Analyze competitor activities and propose effective marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Assist in planning and executing product launches campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
Content & Creative Development
finalization of marketing content and technical accuracy.
Manage content creation for:
o Magazine advertisements
o Product information sheets
o Brochures leaflets and promotional materials
Create short product videos digital creatives and field-support marketing content.
Digital Marketing & Online Presence
Handle weekly website updates including product information blogs banners and announcements.
Manage and execute digital marketing activities (social media campaigns online promotions).
Support e-commerce marketing initiatives for company products across identified platforms.
Coordinate with designers agencies and vendors for digital and offline marketing requirements.
Branding & Employer Marketing
Drive brand building initiatives across digital print and field marketing channels.
Plan and execute college campus marketing programs to attract young talent to the organization.
Plan and manage customized corporate gifts for employees dealers and key stakeholders.
Work on improving packaging quality design and market appeal in coordination with vendors and internal teams.
Travel & Field Engagement
Travel extensively (minimum 1015 days per month) across India.
Be willing to travel with sales and technical team members across multiple headquarters.
Gather real-time market feedback and convert insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Desired Skills & Competencies
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
Good understanding of marketing fundamentals branding and digital platforms.
Creative mindset with practical execution capability.
Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams.
Willingness to learn technical aspects of products and industry trends.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or related field.
23 years of experience in marketing preferably in pharmaceuticals veterinary FMCG or related industries.
Hands-on experience in digital marketing content creation or field marketing will be an added advantage.
