Job Summary

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to design develop and support an enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution using Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role will lead the technical implementation and ongoing maintenance of the CRM platform including integrations with other systems with an initial focus on supporting economic and workforce development initiatives. The position involves close collaboration with business and technical teams and includes responsibility for training users on the Microsoft Dynamics Responsibilities

Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
Design system architecture and develop end-to-end CRM functionality
Customize configure and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments
Translate business requirements into technical designs and system solutions
Integrate Dynamics CRM with third-party applications and data sources
Support data migration testing deployment and quality assurance activities
Provide ongoing technical support training and user guidance

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience)
7 years of overall IT experience
3 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CRM development
Proficiency with Dynamics 365 customization JavaScript C# .NET and web services
Experience with CRM data models APIs/SDKs and SQL-based data management
Strong problem-solving communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm

Preferred Qualifications

Experience delivering full lifecycle CRM implementations
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint
Advanced degree or equivalent professional experience

Successful completion of a comprehensive criminal background check prior to assignment start

Required Skills:

Minimum Qualifications Candidates must have documented experience in the following areas: At least 2 years of contract management experience At least 2 years of experience providing administrative support in an Information Technology environment 4 years of experience using Microsoft Office applications Fundamental knowledge of IT infrastructure concepts Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and related productivity tools Exceptional organizational and coordination skills Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to work independently as part of a team and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm Preferred Qualifications Experience with IT purchasing environment Experience supporting or managing high-visibility or enterprise-level IT programs Required Documentation Documented evidence of required experience and education Security Requirements Successful completion of a comprehensive criminal background check prior to assignment start
