Specific responsibilities include:
- Conduct diagnostic assessments develop treatment plans and provide individual family and group therapy.
- Monitor progress adjust treatments and coordinate referrals to additional services.
- Use evidence-based therapies including motivational interviewing for co-occurring disorders.
- Flexible scheduling options.
- Complete documentation in a timely manner to meet program standards.
- Participate in weekly supervision staff meetings and trainings to improve your clinical skills and be a part of our ever-growing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Paid mandatory trainings and staff meetings.
- Ability to make extra income by volunteering for on-call duties.

- Must be licensed in Maryland as a:
- Licensed Certificated Social Worker Clinical (LCSW-C)
- Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW)
- Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC)
- Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
The pay range for this position is $70.019.40 minimum to $84872.00 maximum. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors including but not limited to license years and level of related experience.
