We are looking for aVice President of Business Development focused onMicrosoftAlliance Go to Marketto join our team.Protiviti works in a hybrid environment and this role requires that you work in-person in our office several times per week.
As Vice President of Business Development forMicrosoftGo-to-Market you will be a key member of ProtivitisMicrosoftleadership team responsible for driving the strategy execution andgrowth ofMicrosoft services. This role focuses on sourcing and closing high-value dealsmanagingMicrosoftsales and accountteam relationships and strengthening Protivitis strategic alliance withMicrosoft. You will cultivate strong client relationships serve as a trusted advisor andidentifyopportunities to expand services through upselling and cross-selling.
Identify pursue and close opportunities with new and existing clients.
Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders including sales delivery marketing and consulting teams to meet client needs.
Build andmaintainstrong relationships with key stakeholders atMicrosoft andclient organizations to driveMicrosoftopportunity pipeline.
Strategy and Execution:
Partner with theMicrosoftsales teamsto align go-to-market initiatives with overall businessobjectivesand market trends.
Monitor and analyze market dynamics competitive landscape and client needs to refine strategies andmaintaina competitive edge.
Marketing Campaigns:
Lead the creation and execution of targeted marketing campaigns to promote ProtivitisMicrosoftservice capabilities.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop thought leadership content case studies and client success stories to enhance brand visibility.
Represent Protiviti at industry events conferences andMicrosoft-related forums toshowcaseexpertiseand generate leads.
Help drive follow-up activities from marketing events to drive opportunity pipeline formalization.
Thrive on building andmaintainingstrong client relationships.
Build strong relationships with Protiviti leadership Protiviti buyer teamsand Protiviti account executives.
Leverage and coordinate activities with RHIteams.
Conduct in-depth research to understand client industries challenges and goals.
Develop and refine strategic sales plans including prospecting lead qualification and deal closure.
Stay informed on industry trends market dynamics and competitors to position Protiviti as a thought leader.
Successfully manageseveral Microsoft leadership and account level relationships within the ATU and STUsimultaneously.
Leverage CRM tools to track interactions manage relationships and maximize sales opportunities.
Communicate effectively and build trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
Operate independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Deliver exceptional client service and consistently exceed expectations.
Identifypotential clients and market opportunities through strategic research and analysis.
Analyze complex problemsidentifyroot causes and develop innovative solutions.
Consistently meet and exceedsalesKPIs as a top-performing individual contributor.
Build andmaintaina strong professional network including senior executive relationships.
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in business or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of5years of experience inrelationship management or business developmentwithin the consulting industry or related field.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on WordExceland PowerPoint.
Protiviti operates in a hybrid work environment meaning all employees are expected to achieve a blend of in-person and remote work. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and clients while offering a flexible environment.
The expected ratio of remote to in-person work will vary by team and other business factors. Local and/or out-of-state travel isbased on our project and client commitments.
Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience skills and geographic work location. The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.
$177000.00 - $282000.00
Employees are eligible for medical dental and vision coverages FSA and HSA healthcare accounts life and accident insurance adoption and fertility assistance paid parental leave up to 10 weeks and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation personal needs and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
