Description of Work
This is an anticipated vacancy: The position is in Operations Support within the Business Services Section. The primary purpose of this position is to provide support to law enforcement agencies and other customers with access to TraCS ECRS Crash Web and on-line access to DMV systems and to handle data control duties. Individual will be responsible for the maintenance of all manuals and guides used within Operations Support. This position provides prompt professional and accurate information relating to crash reports and to internal and external customers over the telephone and through written and/or electronic correspondence in a Help Desk Setting. The employee provides access and assistance to end-users and develops and executes training modules. The employee will establish contact with law enforcement agencies and facilitate the use of the electronic alternative for submitting data to the Division. Individual will perform client testing in cooperation with the DOT-IT Team.Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences
