Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and manage a major transformation initiative within the Acquisition/Divestiture domain. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end program execution align cross-functional teams and ensure successful delivery of complex workstreams in a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end program planning governance and execution
Manage large-scale transformation and acquisition/divestiture projects
Coordinate with business technology and external partners
Oversee risk management timeline tracking and stakeholder communication
Ensure program alignment with strategic objectives and compliance requirements

Required Experience:

Proven experience managing large enterprise transformation programs
Strong background in acquisition/divestiture initiatives
Ability to collaborate across global teams
Life sciences industry experience is a strong plus
Must be local to New Brunswick NJ and able to work onsite 1 day per week
