Job Summary
Job Description:
The production and photo editor will manage all duties related to design production photos of Financial News and Private Equity News. You will report to the Editor Financial News and Private Equity News.
Duties include:
- Designing front page of Financial News and cover page of Private Equity News and working with the production editor to ensure the publications production process are smooth.
- Being the photo editor to add all photos to both publications and sourcing them from PRs when needed. Also liasing with the online editorial team on photos and being in charge of illustrations when needed.
- Make templates to ensure both publications have standardised processes.
- Working on the paper and and responsible for all associated tasks until print pdfs are ready.
- The person should have a good eye for detail and have basic subbing skills like spotting typos.
- Working with the marketing team on promotional material for events and presentations - when needed
- Working with the tech team on website design changes - when needed.
- 5 years experience expected
