Supplier Quality and Development Engineer (Nuclear)

Are you an experienced quality professional with a passion for driving excellence in the nuclear supply chain We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Quality & Development Engineer to ensure our suppliers meet the stringent requirements of CSA N299 and ASME NQA1 supporting safe compliant and reliable delivery across critical nuclear projects.

This is a key role within our organisation offering the opportunity to influence supplier capability strengthen regulatory compliance and contribute to the longterm success of our nuclear programmes.

What Youll Be Doing

• Lead supplier audits and assessments to CSA N299 / ASME NQA1.

• Ensure suppliers maintain robust compliant quality systems.

• Review and approve supplier quality documentation.

• Drive supplier development and continuous improvement.

• Support corrective and preventive actions using RCA tools.

• Validate manufacturing and inspection processes (PPAP FAI).

• Maintain audit records traceability and documentation integrity.

• Support internal customer and regulatory audits.

• Collaborate with Procurement Engineering and Regulatory teams.

Experience Required:

• Experience in quality engineering supplier quality or auditing.

• Strong understanding of supplier QA processes.

• Nuclear industry experience (NQA1 / CSA N299).

•  

• Knowledge of ISO 9001.

• Excellent communication and reportwriting skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and QMS tools.
