The Role
We are currently recruiting for a hands-on Assembly / Production Technician to join an established engineering and manufacturing company in Radcliffe Bury.

This role involves bench-based assembly work preparing electrical components and assisting with the production of specialist equipment.

If you have experience working in manufacturing production electrical assembly or engineering environments we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Bench assembly of engineering components
Stripping preparing and terminating cables
Soldering electrical connections
Working from basic technical drawings and instructions
Carrying out quality checks on assembled parts
Assisting with light fabrication or welding tasks when required
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Supporting production targets and deadlines

Experience & Skills

Previous experience in manufacturing production or assembly work
Experience with cable assembly or soldering preferred
Good attention to detail
Ability to work with hand tools and small components
Welding or fabrication experience is an advantage but not essential
Reliable and able to work as part of a team
