Schedule: Night Shift MondayFriday
Hours: 5 8-hour shifts 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
Pay Rate: $58$65/hour
Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to support a high-volume Radiology/Cardiology department on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be skilled in performing high-quality MRI examinations while maintaining a strong focus on patient safety comfort and clinical excellence. This role involves scheduled patients only and requires proficiency with Philips MRI systems.
Key Responsibilities
Perform MRI examinations in accordance with established protocols and safety standards
Ensure high-quality diagnostic images through proper patient positioning and equipment operation
Communicate clearly and professionally with patients to explain procedures and ensure comfort
Adhere to MRI safety guidelines and hospital policies at all times
Accurately document patient information and exam details in the medical record
Collaborate effectively with Radiology Cardiology and clinical support teams
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of recent MRI technologist experience
New York State Radiologic License and NYS Injection Registration
ARRT (MRI) Certification
Hands-on experience with Philips MRI equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient-centered care
