As a learning and development generalist at PwC you will focus on designing and delivering innovative training programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge. You will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organisation.

The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Learning and Development team you will leverage agile and waterfall project management skills to support the end-to-end learning process. As a Senior Associate you will manage multiple priorities while enhancing the learner experience through innovative learning solutions. This role offers the chance to drive higher benefits and lower costs in a tech-enabled learning environment.

What You Must Have

- Masters Degree

- 4 years of experience in learning and development

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Demonstrating proficiency in agile and waterfall project management

- Contributing to instructional design and learning programs

- Managing learning management systems and workflows

- Establishing networks for project management and implementation

- Analyzing data to drive decision making

- Maintaining knowledge of emerging learning technology trends

- Understanding NASBA and AICPA CPE requirements
