Compensation:
Base salary of $75000 plus uncapped commissions & EOY bonus. Total compensation $120k-140k up.

We are seeking a Multi-Club Outing Sales Director to represent both Wind Watch Golf & Country Club and Willow Creek Country Club delivering personalized service and exceptional attention to detail while guiding clients through every stage of planning and execution to ensure a true private club experience.
Preferred candidates will be high-energy focused leaders who are detail-oriented extremely organized and enjoy working in a team environment. Job Summary:
The Outing Sales Director is responsible for achieving the Annual Sales Plan by driving outside golf tournaments and group outings through targeted sales marketing and prospecting efforts. The candidate should have a foundational understanding of both golf and sales operations.
