Location: Marion North Carolina
Schedule: Full-Time Day Shift No Weekends
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $78894 $140000 (commensurate with experience)
Annual Incentive Bonus: 17.5% 26.25%
Sign-On Bonus: Case-by-case

Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Director of Emergency Servicesfor an exciting job in Marion NC.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree (required)
Bachelors Degree in Nursing (preferred)
Masters Degree (preferred)
Active RN license or compact license (required)
Minimum of 1 year of recent leadership experience in Emergency Services (required)
3 years of leadership experience (preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Clinical & Operational Leadership
Provide 24/7 accountability for Emergency Services operations
Ensure delivery of high-quality patient-centered emergency care
Maintain appropriate staffing models and effective resource utilization
Performance & Strategic Planning
Forecast patient volumes and develop/manage departmental budgets
Lead operational planning and readiness for a planned Emergency Department expansion
Monitor analyze and improve key performance indicators and outcomes
Quality Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with all regulatory accreditation and patient safety standards
Promote a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement
Partner with nursing and medical leadership to support high-acuity patient care
People Leadership
Lead and develop a 50-FTE Emergency Services team
Directly support and mentor Clinical Nurse Coordinators (no manager layer)
Drive employee engagement retention and professional development
