About the role
In this role you will:
- Assist in preventative maintenance and repairs on off highway machinery.
- Have a dedicated commitment to safety and quality assurance.
- Handling materials loading/unloading and moving supplies to and from work areas.
- Operate basic power tools and machinery.
- Clean and prepare work areas adhering to site guidelines.
- Help identify equipment faults during servicing and rectify/ report to workshop/ management.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team to accomplish assigned tasks.
About you
- Previous experience as a Trade Assistant in a mining or workshop environment
- Current Forklift Crane Dogging and Rigging tickets
- Current Australian Drivers licencerequired
- You will also need to possess a high regard for and practice health and safety at all times
