Job Description:
As a Founding Deployment Strategist at Nexcade AI you will sit at the intersection of engineering product and customer success. Working directly with the CEO you will lead enterprise deployments ensuring customers achieve value faster than with any other vendor in the logistics space. This is a forward-deployed high-ownership role shaping both customer outcomes and the evolution of Nexcades agentic AI platform.

What you will do:

Lead end-to-end enterprise deployments delivering some of the fastest and most effective implementation cycles in the logistics industry.
Partner closely with engineers to scope build and deploy forward-deployed functionality and agentic workflows.
Translate real-world customer needs and deployment learnings into repeatable product features data models and tooling.

The ideal candidate:

Proven operator with experience in AI-driven process automation workflow design or forward-deployed technical roles.
Data-native professional comfortable working hands-on with data and collaborating deeply with engineers on LLM-powered systems.
Fast learner who can quickly master freight and logistics workflows and confidently navigate technical sales conversations with enterprise buyers.
