岗位职责

• 协助物业与资产管理部负责人确保为所辖物业项目提供优质的物业管理服务提升服务水平

• 确保所辖物业项目的日常管理与运营符合公司内部规定和法律法规的要求指导和支持项目负责人做好现场管理工作

• 负责所辖物业项目的过渡和终止包括预算制定团队设置和培训等

• 根据大中华区团队的指示向物业项目推行至尊物业管理服务至尊工程服务等

• 推动IT计划实施提高所辖项目IT系统的采用率

• 监督和协调人力资源战略的实施包括所辖项目绩效评估人才发展计划和其他人力资源项目持续改善项目的人员流失率

• 与培训学院合作根据当地需求推动培训计划

• 组织制定顾问项目的顾问报告

• 根据需求进行业务拓展与主要高级客户联系人建立关系并管理他们的期望

• 吸引发展激励培养和指导团队实现他们的目标

• 完成上级安排的其他工作任务

任职要求

• 本科或以上学历房地产物业管理工程管理等相关专业优先

• 10年以上商业物业运营管理经验有现场团队监督经验3年以上同等职位者优先

• 熟悉物业行业相关法律法规掌握商业物业管理专业知识

• 在商业物业方面具备丰富的问题分析解决及应急处理经验确保能够满足运营和质量要求

• 优秀的领导能力沟通协调能力和人际交往能力具备激励和支持他人的能力和意愿

• 良好的中英文水平
