AlphaBEST Education Enrichment Coordinator

Schedule: Part Time; M-F 2:00 pm-6:00 pm (NO WEEKENDS)

Pay & Benefits:

$18.50 - $21.50 per hour (depending on education)

As an AlphaBEST Enrichment Coordinator youll be trained to do the following:

Lead a fun and dedicated team of Instructors that deliver excitement to our students in fitness the arts technology and more!
Work collaboratively with peers and the Leadership Team to manage all aspects of the program site.
Train AlphaBEST Group Leaders on how to lead adventurous tasks that ignite childrens sense of wonder.
Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on students interests and talents.
Provide a caring family-oriented environment where positive relationships among staff children parents and the school are fostered at your program site.

Heres what youll need:

Must have a degree (preferably in a relatable field) and/or the required amount of verifiable experience per AZ licensing regulations
Must be at least 21 years old
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by AZ childcare licensing regulations
