We are looking for our next Manager Platform Scalability & Optimization Architect supporting the Sale Operations Effectiveness Team in Fort Worth TX. As a Manager Platform Scalability & Optimization Architect you will be responsible for leading the strategic evolution of our digital operational discipline. This role is ideal for a highly analytical tech-savvy leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy data and operational execution. You will be a key thought partner in shaping and scaling our digital ecosystem and the internal processes that underpin ensuring they are optimized for performance agility and future growth.

In this role a typical day will include:

• Architect and drive platform scalability strategies and solutions that are aligned with business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
• Partner with Product Engineering and other cross-functional teams to elevate platform capabilities integrations and reliability to support rapid scaling and best-in-class operational discipline
• Synthesize complex technical and business processes and their dependencies into actionable data driven insights to inform strategic planning
• Identify and implement optimization opportunities across platforms processes and performance metrics.
• Facilitate strategic workshops and planning sessions with senior stakeholders.
• Track and report on progress against digital strategy KPIs and platform performance benchmarks.
• Inspire and engage high-performing teams through clear communication storytelling and strategic alignment.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on platform evolution scalability and innovation.

What youll bring to Alcon:

• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school 13 yrs.; Assoc.9 yrs.; M.S.2 yrs.; PhD1 yr.)
• The ability to fluently read write understand and communicate in English
• 5 Years of Relevant Experience
• 3 Years of Demonstrated Leadership

Preferred Skills and Experiences:

• Proven track record of scaling digital platforms and driving measurable improvements.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms enterprise architecture and digital ecosystems.
• Experience working in agile matrixed environments.
