KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

Team Performance:
- Agile and Lean values are consistently applied fostering a collaborative and transparent team environment.
- Team efficiency is continuously improved through reflection adaptation of team standards and contribution to broader organizational standards.
- Effective team rules and working practices are established and followed by both IS and Business team members.
- Team ceremonies (stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives) are effectively organized and facilitated.
- Team efficiency is tracked shared and continuously improved.
- The overall planning is ensured
Product Value:
- Effective communication between Business and IS is ensured leading to the development of the right product.
- Shared vision stakes and value of the product are understood and maintained by all stakeholders.
- An operational product that delivers value is consistently produced.
Delivery Speed:
- Product delivery is optimized and accelerated.
- Operational problems that hinder delivery are prevented.
- Dependencies with external contributors (suppliers experts etc.) are effectively managed.
- Project health (progress quality and performance) is monitored and communicated.
User Satisfaction:
- User Needs Met: The delivered product consistently meets the identified needs and expectations of the end-users and business stakeholders.
- Feedback Integration: User feedback is actively collected analyzed and incorporated into product iterations leading to continuous improvement and user delight.
- Positive User Engagement: Users demonstrate high levels of engagement with the product indicating intuitive design and valuable functionality.
- Resolution of User Issues: User-reported issues and pain points are promptly addressed and resolved minimizing disruption and maintaining user trust.
