You will partner with senior stakeholders to develop document manage and deliver infrastructure designs implementation schedules and budgets. You must be an exceptionally strong communicator (both written and verbal) and possess relevant experience of experience in managing technical and strategic programs. Key job responsibilities
The TPM own a broad set of delivery and coordination responsibilities that span reporting scheduling and stakeholder management. He will prepare and circulate weekly and monthly project status reports that highlight impacts and forecast completion dates while also supporting the team in writing capital expenditure approvals. Working closely with strategic supply chain managers you will coordinate the delivery of long lead equipment (LLE) partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful receipt and processing of associated invoices. This role serves as the critical bridge between internal customers business functions (Planning Finance Procurement Legal Policy Operations) and functional delivery teams (Construction Commissioning Controls Fiber and Network).
TPM will collaborate with senior program managers on assigned tasks to drive the successful delivery of data center capacity serving as a key coordination point between internal customers business functions including Planning Finance Procurement Legal Policy and Operations and functional delivery teams such as Construction Commissioning Controls Fiber and partnership with schedulers you will create and maintain detailed construction schedules proactively tracking risks delays and conflicts while monitoring real-time schedule updates and performance data.
The role also requires you to maintain accurate data for COLO data center delivery program and long lead equipment availability and major risks. He will manage multiple metrics tools and mechanisms to identify risks that require action decision or mitigation and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- 3 years of technical infrastructure management experience
- Knowledge of software development practices and data center/infrastructure/networking technologies
- Experience leading the design automation deployment and support of large-scale infrastructure
- Experience in construction of data center delivery (design commissioning and construction) mission critical facilities or equivalent industrial/manufacturing facility builds
- Experience leading prioritization of tasks team scheduling time management and meeting deadlines
