Benefits Delivery & Administration (BDA) empowers employers employees and retirees to navigate the evolving landscape of benefits with confidence. Leveraging deep consulting expertise and usercentered technology BDA delivers tailored integrated solutions that enhance employee experience while enabling organizations to effectively execute their benefit strategies.
BDA comprises the following service lines:
- Benefits Outsourcing (formerly TAS North America)
- Group Marketplace (formerly Group Exchange)
- Benefits Accounts (formerly Consumer Directed Accounts; Acclaris)
- Individual Marketplace (formerly Individual Exchange)
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
KPI Management
- Administer ongoing benefits system activities.
- Receive and process import files containing indicative election dependent and beneficiary data.
- Generate payroll/vendor feeds and prepare adhoc management reports.
- Process and fulfil confirmation statements and benefitrelated materials.
- Support system testing (web interfaces systemgenerated reports) for new and ongoing systems.
- Review error logs and resolve issues using case management tools.
- Exercise independent judgment while addressing client issues.
- Develop and maintain system documentation and processing calendars.
- Set up and test encryption and data transmission protocols with clients and vendors.
- Manage fulfilment inventory with clients.
- Provide support and backup to team members as required.
- Participate in client status calls to strengthen partnerships.
- Attend internal project meetings to ensure smooth transition into ongoing administration.
- Meet service level agreements for all assigned clients.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support project teams to deliver highquality ontime withinbudget client assignments.
- Ensure 100% compliance with SOC1 and Professional Excellence guidelines.
- Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements for efficiency.
- Gain a clear understanding of system interfaces with HRIS payroll and insurance carriers.
