Your Role
As aSales Associate you will be a key part of the customer experience representing the Spring Step brand with confidence care and enthusiasm. Youll help customers find the perfect fit while contributing to a welcoming and high-energy store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm personalized customer service with strong product knowledge
- Drive sales through thoughtful recommendations and add-on selling
- Maintain an organized clean and visually appealing sales floor
- Assist with inventory management and e-commerce order fulfillment
- Represent Spring Footwears family of brands with professionalism and pride
- Support team goals and contribute to a positive collaborative work culture
What Were Looking For
- Friendly reliable team players with a passion for helping customers
- Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs as needed
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Multilingual skills are a plus
