We are seeking a highly skilled
Quality Control Technician to join our production team in Denton TX. This is an upper-level technical role suited for a professional who excels at autonomous work precise laboratory testing and detailed data management.
As a key member of our manufacturing process you will be responsible for ensuring that every product meeting our standards of excellence through rigorous physical testing and accurate reporting.
Primary Responsibilities
Physical Testing: Conduct standard ASTM tests on manufactured materials to ensure all products fall within strictly defined quality parameters.
Measurement & Analysis: Utilize laboratory equipment to capture precise dimensions weights and physical properties.
Data Management: Accurately enter daily quality reports into our computer database and electronically distribute these findings to the management team.
Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe workspace while adhering to strict industrial safety protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Proficiency: Proven experience in an inspection or reporting role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Mathematical Aptitude: Strong ability to perform basic math calculations and read precise measurements.
Computer Literacy: Must be comfortable navigating databases and using basic office systems (Email Excel) for data entry.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods lift up to 50 lbs and work in an environment with heat/cold exposure.
Self-Management: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy.
Shift & Compensation
Pay Rate:$19.00 / hour (Firm)
Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: 1st Shift (6:00 AM 2:30 PM). Please note: Potential flexibility for night shifts (7:00 PM 3:30 AM) may be discussed.
Location: Denton TX 76205
Work Environment & Gear
Dress Code: Jeans T-shirt and Steel-Toe Boots are required.
Provided PPE: Red Hard Hat and Safety Glasses.
Setting: A mix of indoor laboratory work and outdoor manufacturing exposure.
