Job Summary
Job Description: Quality Engineer at Elite HVAC Heating & Air
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in the quality of products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement effective solutions.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to track quality performance and make recommendations for enhancements.
- Participate in the design and implementation of quality testing protocols and procedures.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality control and assurance within the HVAC industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a quality engineering role.
- Experience in leading quality improvement projects.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards in the HVAC industry.
- Certifications in quality management (e.g. Six Sigma) are a plus.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $98000 - $143000 per year.
