The Role:
Strategic Execution: Lead the end-to-end planning of high-stakes client-facing events including venue selection contract negotiation and bespoke catering.
Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with Firm Leadership and Business Development teams to ensure event strategy aligns with global business goals and maximizes ROI.
Vendor Diplomacy: Build and leverage an elite network of local and national vendors venues and consultants to optimize value and quality.
Data-Driven Management: Oversee complex invitation and attendee data within CRM systems managing budgets and providing post-event reporting to firm stakeholders.

Experience (Strict Requirement): Minimum of 7 years of event planning experience specifically within a Professional Services environment (Legal Big Four or Management Consulting).
