Get to Know the Role
This is a 6 months full-time onsite role based in Singapore as part of the GRIT Programme.
This Traineeship offers hands-on experience in marketing operations digital content creation and data-driven recruitment marketing strategies.
You will help shape how candidates and employees experience our brand so we need someone with good design senses motion skills and a measure of independence in troubleshooting.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
We are refreshing our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and now we need to embed it into every stage of the talent journey: from attracting candidates to retaining advocates.
Stories That Attract Talent
- You will tell stories that stick. From career site copy to social campaigns youll create content that connects. Youll interview employees to uncover authentic moments and use AI tools to sharpen your process and build messaging toolkits that bring our unique culture to life. Digital Experiences That Converts
- You will get the chance to build landing pages and microsites that bring our EVP to life. Review every candidate touchpoint (career site emails job ads onboarding) identify whats missing and redesign the experience.
Every Step of the Journey
- You will master our CRM workflow to create candidate experiences that feel 1:1.
- You will build automated email sequences tailored to different talent segments that speak to their aspirations.
- You will explore automation to ensure candidates get the right message at the right time every time.
What Matters
We believe in moving fast and data helps us get insights that shape our next steps. Help build dashboards run experiments gather feedback and refine our approach as we grow.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Interested in marketing and branding concepts and how to visually communicate EVP (Employer Value Proposition)
- Familiar with Canva Figma Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools for quick-turn content
- Projects or portfolio using AI Assisted tools
- Bachelors degree in either Graphic Design / Multimedia Design / Visual Communication / Digital Media/ Computer Science / Marketing / Business / Advertising / Communications / Public Relations / Business Administration with strong design interest.
