- As a People Operations Specialist youll play a pivotal role in managing our workforce focusing on: employee training development engagement and retention.
- Youll serve as a bridge between various departments and managers ensuring seamless coordination and fostering a people-first approach within the organization.
- Support recruitment and selection processes in coordination with Devoteam Talent Acquisition Team.
- Oversee the admission process for new employees
- Facilitate welcoming and integration of new employees
- Coordinate orientation sessions and facilitate introductions to key team members and company culture.
- Analyze and manage employee and project timesheets
- Support other HR administrative tasks as needed
- Collaborate with managers to address work and operations-related matters.
- Serve as a liaison between different Devoteam departments fostering cross-functional collaboration.
- Track employee training and certification identifying skill gaps and collaborating with relevant teams to address developmental needs.
- Implement training programs to enhance employee skills and contribute to professional growth.
- Monitor the performance evaluation process and other formal moments.
- Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Identify trends and recommend proactive measures to address potential retention challenges
- Coordinate the off-boarding process conducting exit interviews and managing administrative exit procedures.
- Analyze exit data to identify areas for improvement in employee experience and retention strategies.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition for departing employees
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Management/Human Resources Management or similar
- 2 years of experience in operations or human resources management areas - Preferential
- Availability to start in February 2026 - Preferential
- Proficiency in English
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills
- High sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
- Detail-oriented and accuracy in maintaining records and documentation
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to team success
- Proficiency in using digital tools (Excel/Google Sheets PowerPoint/Google Slides Word/Google Docs etc.) from a user perspective
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (Workday) is a plus
