As Senior Demand Generation Manager - Paid Media you will own the execution and optimization of SBS paid acquisition.
You will work closely with the Demand Generation Lead to ensure SBS is visible relevant and competitive where decision-makers actively search for banking and fintech solutions.
This is a hands-on role with strong ownership over platforms performance and continuous optimization.
Responsibilities
Paid & Owned Media
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across:
- Google Search
- LinkedIn Ads
- Retargeting
Funnel & Conversion Optimization
- Optimize landing pages forms and acquisition flows in collaboration with Digital Marketing & Ops.
- Test messaging formats and offers to improve conversion quality.
- Identify and address friction points in the acquisition funnel.
Performance & Reporting
- Track and analyze acquisition performance at channel and geo level.
- Share insights and recommendations with the Demand Generation Lead.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of demand generation programs.
Tools Experimentation & Innovation
- Actively explore and test new acquisition tools and platforms such as:
- Intent data and ABM solutions (e.g. Demandbase)
- Emerging paid or AI-driven discovery channels
- Bring structured learnings and recommendations to the Demand Generation Team.
Qualifications :
- 36 years of experience in demand generation paid media or performance marketing
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Google Ads (Search)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Curiosity and eagerness to continuously discover and test new acquisition tools and platforms
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actions
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B SaaS fintech or technology
- Exposure to long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying journeys
- Experience with intent data and ABM platforms (e.g. Demandbase)
- Used Gen AI tools natively in day-to-day marketing workflows
- Familiarity with nurturing practices and emailing workflows
