- Support the Restaurant Manager in leading and developing a team of 50-100 people helping create a positive high-performing culture.
- Take ownership of shift operations ensuring smooth service strong standards and great guest experiences.
- Support the day-to-day running of a multi-million dollar business contributing to sales growth cost control and operational success.
