This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible forcurating our merchandise assortment and presenting our product in the most inspiring way in our boutiques for our clients.You will play a pivotal role in the strategic placement of product to translate the product story whilemaintainingthe standards of producton the sales floor to deliver an Everyday Luxury experience.With people at the heart of everything we do you will support your high-potential people to grow rewarding careers atAritziawhileenjoying oneyourself.

THE ROLE

As theMerchandisingManager you will:

• Ensure the efficient andaccurateprocessing of incoming and outgoing shipments to and from the DC boutique to boutique and our clients.

• Strategically place product on the sales floor to maximize salesopportunities

• Translate the product story through creative visualmerchandising

• Lead the team to execute againstAritziasstandards of product display and maintenance on the sales floor

• Enable seamlessly integrated cross-channel shopping experiences by supporting omni channel services

• Ensure the seamless operations of all aspects of the retail space across Clients Product Space Risk and Operations

• Manage the day-to-day performance of the retail team in support of businessobjectives enabling progressive career development and an incredible employeeexperience
