Job Summary

Post responsibilities to include but not limited to:

Draft and implement RE Reserve recruiting and nurturing policies in line with the wider Corps recruiting directive.
Advise and inform RHQ RE recruiting staff both officer and soldier on Reserve specific recruiting.
Liaison with RG on all Corps Reserve recruiting matters officer and soldier.
Manage and influence the Corps national Reserve recruiting footprint.
Manage and develop all RE Reserve recruiting marketing material equipment and literature.
Corps Reserve representative for all RG Reserve recruiting working group
